How to choose
- You want mods without fuss: any launcher that installs dependencies for you. Enzonic Launcher, Prism, Modrinth App and the CurseForge app all install from mod platforms.
- You care about open source: Prism Launcher, Modrinth App and ATLauncher publish their code under GPL-3.0. Enzonic Launcher does not.
- You want PvP HUD mods: Lunar Client, or Enzonic Launcher with the Enzonic Client if you also want your own Fabric mods.
- You want to host for friends: Enzonic Launcher runs a server on your computer with a public address (how).
A word on unofficial launchers
Use a launcher only from its official website. TLauncher, for example, is an unofficial launcher that says on its own site that it contains ads, and it was widely accused of spyware in press reports in December 2022; those accusations were not confirmed (Genbeta report, TLauncher site). Enzonic Launcher requires an owned Minecraft: Java Edition and publishes a SHA-256 checksum for every download.
All product names are trademarks of their owners. Enzonic is not affiliated with any of these launchers.
Enzonic Launcher is free for Windows, macOS and Linux. It requires Minecraft: Java Edition.
